Monthly, Anchor of Hope takes up an offering known at the "2 Cents a Meal Offering."   This offering benefits to help with needs in the community and other places.  Most recently $10,000 of our Presbytery's "2 Cents a Meal Offering" went to benefit relief in Haiti.

       In addition, Anchor of Hope gives monthly to the Agape Food Pantry in Wytheville to help area families with food needs.  Anchor of Hope is glad to collect items regularly for the Family Resource Center in Wytheville for survivers of domestic abuse.

      At Christmas, Anchor of Hope sponsors an "Angel Tree" in which gifts are purchased and distributed to children of parents who are incarcerated.  The gift is given in the name of that parent.
